By accessing Tapit Games or using Tapit Games services, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Tapit Games provides social games, question cards, tasks, and collections for groups playing in the same physical setting or through an online play space.

The service is not an online chat service, user matching service, social network, public user-generated content platform, real-money gaming product, gambling product, contest, raffle, or lottery.

If you are not old enough to enter into a binding agreement, you should use the app only with a parent or legal guardian. The person starting a game is responsible for choosing games and collections that fit the players' ages, relationship, culture, and setting.

Some collections may include bolder, flirtier, or mature prompts. Any player may skip a prompt, task, or interaction they do not want to do. Consent, safety, and personal boundaries always come before gameplay.

You may use the app only for personal, lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You may not copy, resell, rent, distribute, reverse engineer, decompile, attempt to derive source code from, modify, bypass security for, scrape, or unlawfully use the app.

Premium collections or features may be offered through the App Store or Google Play. Purchases, renewals, cancellations, payment methods, and billing are managed through the store account used for the purchase.

A subscription may renew automatically. Trial period, price, billing period, renewal, and cancellation information is shown at checkout. If you cancel, access may continue until the end of the current billing period under the store's rules.

Refund requests are handled under the rules of the store where the purchase was made. Tapit cannot unilaterally change App Store or Google Play billing, subscription management, or refund decisions.

You may enter player names, game choices, or similar local information in the app. The app is not designed to upload that information to a public social feed or make it visible to other app users.

You are responsible for information you enter on your device, display on screen, or share outside the app. You must not use unlawful, abusive, discriminatory, threatening, pornographic, violent, privacy-infringing, or rights-infringing wording.

Tapit Games is for entertainment only. Prompts, tasks, results, and suggestions in the service are not professional, medical, legal, financial, psychological, or relationship advice.

Players are responsible for their own behavior and communication during gameplay. Any discussion, disagreement, recording, sharing, or physical interaction outside the app is outside Tapit's control and responsibility.

Tapit Games, game names, collections, text, artwork, software, interfaces, brand elements, and related materials belong to Tapit or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of the app or content to you. You may not copy, republish, sell, or use Tapit branding without permission.

The app may rely on third-party services such as the App Store, Google Play, RevenueCat, Mixpanel, Google Analytics, hosting providers, support channels, or similar services. Their own terms, payment rules, and privacy policies apply.

Third-party service outages, payment systems, store decisions, security practices, or content are outside Tapit's control.

Personal data is processed under our Privacy Policy. Please review the Privacy Policy before using the app.

The app is provided "as is" and "as available." Tapit does not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, vulnerability-free, or identical on every device.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, Tapit is not liable for indirect, special, incidental, or consequential damages, data loss, lost revenue, reputational harm, or disagreements between players arising from use of or inability to use the app. Your mandatory consumer rights and rights that cannot be limited by law remain unaffected.

You are responsible for complying with all applicable local, national, and international laws when using the app. You represent that you will not use the app in violation of U.S. or other applicable export control and sanctions rules.

We may update these Terms when the product, store rules, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on this page, and we may give reasonable notice for material changes.

If you violate these Terms, your access to the app may be suspended or terminated. You may stop using the app and delete it from your device to terminate these Terms for yourself.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey, without affecting mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in your country. If any provision is invalid, the remaining provisions remain in effect.
